Spring 2015
In May, Marsha visited Washington and Lee University in Lexington, VA, as a guest lecturer in the course her niece, Sascha Goluboff, Associate Professor of Cultural Anthropology, was teaching. It went very well. “All the students read my book, and they put together a digital world map, with pushpin graphics marking each place I had been to in my 18 years working for Ananda Marga. I must say, looking at it displayed that way, it was quite impressive! I spoke to the students (14 in all) for three hours. They had many insightful comments and asked me great questions about my experiences. As Sascha told me later, the students were surprised to find me so ‘normal’!”   If you would like to arrange for Marsha to visit your high school or college class as a guest lecturer, please get in touch with her through her contact page.
